Dan Holloway is a Hydrogeologist for the Hampton Roads Sanitation District. Since 2014 he has supported the development of HRSD’s Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow, an approximately 50 MGD Managed Aquifer Recharge initiative. He obtained his BS in geology from James Madison University and MS from Old Dominion University and is a licensed Professional Geologist. Prior to HRSD, Dan worked for over 20 years as a consulting hydrogeologist where he led various groundwater supply and remediation projects.
Rebecca Nardacci Research Intern / PhD Student

Becky Nardacci is a Research Intern at the SWIFT Research Center pursuing a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech. She has an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia. Prior to graduate school Becky spent 2 years working for a data science start-up consulting on federal projects.
