Erin Girardi is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the wastewater industry. He holds an undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and an MBA from the College of William & Mary. As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), he leads long-term financial planning initiatives and oversees enterprise-wide financial programs, bringing strategic insight and fiscal discipline to support organizational growth and sustainability.

Lauren Zuravnsky
Director of Design and Construction - SWIFT

Lauren Zuravnsky is HRSD’s Director of Design & Construction – SWIFT. She is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and holds engineering degrees from Villanova and Virginia Tech. Lauren has close to 20 years of experience conducting drinking water research, designing wastewater conveyance and treatment systems, and managing the $3 billion Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow (SWIFT) managed aquifer recharge program.
