Keynote: Adventures at Sea and the Be Water Positive Movement
Nick Moloney is a two times America's Cup sailor. He has raced around the world three times in the world's most iconic yacht races. He is the holder of over fifteen world sailing speed and endurance records, including a Guinness World Record. While Nick's harrowing adventures at sea have included life or death moments, they also have deepened his respect for nature and given him a first hand look at how the changing climate is impacting oceans around the world. Nick is currently engaged as the Campaign CEO and Performance Manager of the Be Water Positive Sailing Team. Nick's inspirational stories of taming the seas, punctuated with stunning videos and imagery, will illustrate how Earth's water can be both a mighty force and a limited resource. By promoting a message of water positivity, Nick and his team aim to shed light on global water scarcity and inspire positive change in how we manage our precious water resources and our environment.
